Hi,
I'm new to this site, but great to see these pictures.
I think DC310 was called Born to Run, as I rode it from 76 to 79 at the Pod with a best time of 11.21 and 120.6mph on 60% nitro, as number DC120.
I was not the owner, that was Martin Dudley who raced it at NDRC meetings in 78 & 79.
When I rode it we called it Thor and when Martin rode, it was called Stormy Passage.
It was sold during the winter of 79 / 80.
If you have an LP copy of the rained out Pod meeting, during 77 or 78 I think it was, you can hear me up against John Hobbs in qualifying, where John ran a low 9, much quicker than me of course (I wouldn't mind getting a copy of that LP as my copy has long gone).
I won one Junior Bike Pod meet using Tom Vivian's clucth plates as mine were burnt out.
I have some black and white pictures that Keith Simmonds took which I will try to post.
Any idea who I am?
