Definitely a few clues in that one Phil, like the riders name almost legible, and someone called PAU standing at the back of the picture! The unforgettable Paul Rose's biggest creation was quite a sight - as was the sound when he raced against the Lloyds triple Kawa.

Thought I had better post one back, which might not be quite so obvious.

Might be a Fiat Twin Cam-I've got vague memories of someone running one in the late 70's

That was well spotted Roy, as I deliberately did not show some identifying features of Peanuts.
Very impressed that you found a picture of it as well.
Shabby was on the right track with the engine spot.

Phil, that picture of Icarus and Geoff James has popped up in quite a few places on the net in recent times.
Motor is a blown 350 Triumph.

No it isn't Martin Wilmot but its a Martin all the same Phil. In actual fact its Martin Deakin on board a blown 750cc EJF Triumph called 'Pinball Wizard'. The year 1978. The bike was also ridden by another Martin; Martin Black in 1980. The fitted with a 650cc Triumph.

The rider in the middle of the page 6 collection of mine (FC248) is Michael Turvey's 348cc Honda called Overland Hustler', again 1978.
